Availability Update - 24.09.21

Below lists shows top 10 SKU’s by category with good stock holding, full availability update and codes that won't appear on OOS report;

Availability is currently at 93.3%. Based on depot dates we expect service in improve to 95.6% by next Friday.

BWS / Soft drinks –

  • Ongoing production issues across the whole range caused by an increase of demand and lack of materials i.e. bottles, cans etc. to manufacture the products.
  • This compounded with the industry shortage of hauliers has impacted our service by 4.32%

Non Licensed -

  • Current supply issues from Mars due to the supplier refusing to delivery to the north of England has impacted our service by 2.48%
  • We’ve managed to secure 2 collections a week across impulse and pet. This means that we should have 17 of the 36 lines back in stock by Friday next week.
  • Based on supplier MOQ, we’re unable to bring in any further lines of grocery from Mars. We plan to bring in a number of lines in to NDC which we will then arrange collection on a weekly bases.
